This is the character from manga Ludwig Kakumei (Revolution). It's odd but we don't know the name of the character. So this is the Mother of Blanche.
Ludwig Kakumei is very great manga by Kaori Yuki.

The cosplayer is me. And the photo was taken py Pugoffka-sama.

The costume was made also by me.

Also the dress is amazing. How do you walk in it. The old fashioned dresses are so amazing I often woder how ythey managed them in dragging through the dirty streets ?

I know the manga!! *_____* Haha yea it's pretty funny we don't know the name of the queen

They always just say 'Queen' or 'mother'

But Kaori Yuki is one of my favourite mangaka *____* I adore her work!
